why is internet explorer blocking site builder wizard?

I have signed up for a web site and i cant design my web page.

you might want to add your website to the trusted site list.
copy your website name, it should come in the form of
in internet explorer, go to the tools menu and select internet options.
click on the security tab and highligh “trusted sites” then click on the sites button.
add *.yoursite.com and uncheck the “require https” box. select ok out of everything and restart internet explorer and try editing your site again.
