Ive used alof of different webpage builders and so far I cant find 1 that will let me use a background I made or use my own colors or anything, I have to use their template. Is there a site that will let build my own webpage with my own design for free?
Ive used Freewebs, Weebly, and couple of other I cant think of.

You can use piczo.com
It works good except you have to work out how to make your pictures a background.
I cant remeber.

Try creating your own template here at then save your file, upload to a free web host with ftp file manager.
