whats the best WYSIWYG web page builder?

and how do you make a link on your web page from index.html to page2.html???

Are you talking free here?

Try :

To create a link:

PAGE 2

Where site URL is the root of the site. This assumes of course that page2.html is also in the root.

I would highly recommend N-vu. Its free and easy to use. As for the link just click on the link button and select the page you want to link to. Very simple
