I’m not sure why youre not on : Modelmayhem.com
or another site that pays well, has casting calls & requests…You could probably get alot of work there at 200 per hour. Sometimes its negotiable, like a photographer you want to work with when you know they’ll do a swap & improve your portfolio.
The live cam;etc, makes me think of sites like Bianca Beauchamp.
Kerri Taylor does alot of looks on Myspce…she may be able to help….
or post in flicker…Mark Partington;portraits & Fine Art,alot of creative groups of rtists and models there. Search by your interest. It makes you visible as I show up in yahoo images search(my paintings)….you can connect those to a homepage.

I just checked out the BlueHost details, I am an affiliate.
They use Cpanel, the industry standard control panel. If you are not comfortable with that, then chances are very good that you will not be happy with 95% of other hosts either.
You’re probably be in good shape with a $3-$5/ month host that is reliable. They are out there.
This next step will save you money. Find a website that is similar to what you’d like to have. There are lots of entry level web designers that will not charge you much, and will be able to duplicate the site that you do like with some minor modifications.
As a model, I would assume that the most important part of your site will be a single or multiple image galleries. Most servers will have this available as a simple install that any basic designer with half a brain can work with.
I’m going to go out on a limb and guess that you could find a designer to copy a site, change a few images, and give you a quick lesson on how to update things yourself for under $100.
As for the Mac, if the design and maintenance are all done online, it should be compatible. (Some designs are flawed and mess up on different browsers.)
