I’ve done this before.

What I used was a website called KickApps, the website allows you to create a social networking site almost exactly like Myspace feature wise however you pick how you want the site to look and you can moderate anything on your site.

Good Luck!

I have no idea how well this software works, but you might want to give it a try. It’s called Dolphin and is made by a company named BoonEx. It looks pretty cool.

Here’s the URL -

Give it a try. Go see.

Hope I helped. :D

It would not be a “program”, but a script you download from the web (google “free social network scripts”).
You can try many.
They will all be written in a server-side language (php, asp etc) and use some database.
IF you succeed to install them on your server (many will just fail), you will then have to adapt them to your needs, and this requires serious programming experience wich your way of asking the question leads me to assess you do not have.
Social Networks are complex web applications, definitely not for the faint hearted!
So, “great” and “easy” do not apply in this case…
