i have already made websites, but is there a easy website maker? Or one that you don’t have to buy the domain name? Something good.

Dream Weaver is great for making websites (but not hosting them).

if youwant to have it hosted for free, you can use Webs.com

It depends why you want a website. If anything to make money or business related, you MUST pay for it or you will look very unprofessional. You can get a site for around 30 dollars a year including hosting and domain name.
if it’s for fun, then is ok to go free, but you will have advertising all over the place and some tacky address.
bravenet is probably the best in that case
