What does the error 508 unused error mean?

While publishing my web page made with the help of geocoties page builder, getting the error message “Sorry . Unused” and also 508 unused error.If anybody can kindly help me to get rid of this problem.

I am getting the exact same error using Page Builder, was your error ever resolved?
