I am looking for a free webpage builder, and possibly free host. Need to know what my options are, I don’t know any HTML or anything and don’t have the time to learn just want to put up a basic webpage.

AS far as hosting goes, Although I can understand why you would want a free host, it is important to look at the total package that comes with paying a host. Really a webhost is only as good as the customer service it offers. A great host should have 99% Network uptime, fast and reliable hardware, and 24X7 customer service availability. You should be able to call the Host 24 hours a day and speak to someone that can help. No matter who you are, you will want great customer service. I would look into HostMySite.com. They offer a 30 day money back guarantee. This way you are not tied down and still are free to go else where.
As far as the webpage builder, you could check out some of the open source programs like Joomla.com or even Ning.com. You could also download a WYSIWYG editor from download.com and then create your layout/design and upload it online. You could also contact your host to see if they have an application you would be able to use to build your site, often they can be included in your package as well as data/storage and email accounts.
Good Luck.

is a free builder and hoster! But thet have their name in your domain name.
No knowledge of HTML is required, and if you want your own domain name, and emails, simply upgrade your account which will not cost you much!
