Does anyone know the code to make website count the number of users who tick a box and display the Result?

I’m working in Dreamweaver and would like an opinion poll which allows the users to select an option and have the total results displayed.

Does anyone know how to use Verizon site builder?

I understand there is a free site builder with Verizon, but I can’t get to it. I really need someone to give me step by step directions as I am somewhat computer illiterate. How do I find it? Are the next steps clear? Many thanks.
