I have xbox live gold and i am pretty sure this is whats wrong i just dont know how to fix it. I have also tried creating the school again and it still didnt work.

Mine also says Web next to my name, but I have successfully downloaded my teams. I would like to be able to put PS3 next to my author name though.
Edit: I figured it out. Go to the ea sports website, then log in, then click on your name, then “add persona” then click on xbox live, then you must go onto xbox live and put in any ea sports games (NCAA 10). Then they are linked!
