If I use Yahoo site builder can I using a different company for hosting? Already have hosting somewhere?

I have a domain already and hosting with another company. Can I still use Yahoo site builder?
Does anyone know of a free sitebuilder that is easy to use? I don’t know css or html. I also want control over the template

No, to use yahoo site builder you must get your website hosted by yahoo small business web hosting. To get exact info regarding this case refer to:

You would need to use their hosting service for it to work.
But there are many companies out there that offer website builder.
