My advice would be to get someone else to do it. If you have no experience of building websites you will not have the expertise to get a website worthy of your company, without investing a lot of time in it. As this is your business I would say it would be more beneficial, and profitable to your business, to pay someone to do a professional job.

There are plenty of free, easy to use software available. If you want to have your own server, I recommend EasyWamp(http://www.easywamp.com/). If you know HTML, or PHP you can use sIDE(http://www.phpside.org/index.php?module=news) If you know nothing about those, you can use Seamonkey(http://www.seamonkey-project.org/).
