I’ve been looking everywhere for a download or tutorial or something to help me create a website where people and make their accounts, then just sign into my server. But I can’t find anything.

Umm… I’m fine with web disign I just need the download and/or instructions on where I could get the site and how to activate it

Id suggest learning a bit about web design first.
What you’re wanting to attempt is a bit like trying to run without first learning how to walk.
