I would just display the pages source and save it using notepad or wordpad.

1st possibility:
The most simple is to copy/paste the HTML code of each page into a Notepad… and save each notepad with the same file name.

2nd possibility:
From Frontpage, click on “open”, enter the homepage URL, and then, open each link (in the normal view) pressing down the CTRL button while clicking, which makes the destination page (link) open in another page.

Good luck!

Try this software call WinZIP. I have used it on a few sites and it will correctly change all links and turn everything into an HTML page so it can be viewed on your local computer (or in your case a CD). Works great for dynamic sites since it will rename all the pages for you and change the links. You should just be able to put in the URL of your site and it will spider out and download everything for you automatically (include images, scripts, styles sheets, etc). They have a time limited, fully functional version.
