Because when I’m on the computer I want to know if I can make my own website because my friend has her own. Also it would be so cool to have your own website.

You should be able to create one. Most ISPs provide a low amount of space for their users to host web pages. You can use applications like Front page to create a page, but can also you Microsoft work and just convert the document to HTML. There are alot of options out there for personal web pages.

there are places like MySpace and other sites that allow you to build cheap personal sites.
otherwise it takes knowing computer code and HTML script along with other codes like Java and CSS and then understanding frames and cells let alone layers, plus need to know how to stack codes so they don’t interfere with each other.
